Member Morning: Tai Chi
RESCHEDULED MEMBER MORNING
Visit and explore the grounds and galleries during non-public hours during our Member Morning.
9:15-10am: Tai Chi with Arthur Mitchell.
Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise and helps maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. Tai chi is often described as “meditation in motion.” Meet in front of the Visitor Center on Museum Hill.
10-11am: Members receive a complimentary coffee at the Storm King Café. Stop by the Visitor Center and check out our new items!

Arthur Mitchell is a personal trainer, yoga instructor, a kriya ban member and graduate student of Self realization Fellowship, a qi gong, tai chi, and martial arts instructor with a second degree black belt in Inazuma te ryu jujutsu. He is also a singer, actor, and dancer. He is also an energy healer, reiki master and a teacher and student of A Course In Miracles. Arthur calls what he does “Ascension Arts”, because they are of the physical, but are really about nurturing the Spirit. Arthur started working in these arts at 8 years old and has never stopped.
