As Storm King is an outdoor venue, all events require a rain plan—typically either a rain date or a tent. A preferred vendor list will be provided upon request. Storm King requires the use of its preferred caterers, Fresh Company of Garrison. All other vendors are at the discretion of the host. Storm King also requires that a professional event planner be used for all wedding ceremonies and receptions.
We do not allow private events during weekends in the month of October. Only one private event is permitted at Storm King per day. Dates will be held for one week, if available, without a deposit. Please make sure to request and book your date as early as possible.
