DESCRIPTION:\n\nFamilies are invited to slow down and look closely at the c
 reek that runs through Storm King\, using watercolor pencils to map what y
 ou see\, hear\, smell\, and touch. Engage your senses to explore the creek
 ’s ecosystem and discover how it connects to the larger Hudson Valley wa
 tershed. This program will be led by Mikayla Spierer.\n\n\n 	Program locat
 ion: Meet near the Outdoor Cafe\n 	Suggested age range: all ages\n 	Free w
 ith admission\, no registration required\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMikayla Spierer i
 s a mixed media artist and educator based in Brooklyn\, NY. Her sculptural
  work explores the intersections of organic and constructed forms\, materi
 al transformation\, and the body. As an educator\, she utilizes embodied e
 xploration and map making to engage students in the ever-evolving question
 s of where we are.\n\n\n\n\nACCESSIBILITY \n\nTerrain and Getting Around\n
 The tour will take place on grass\, just off of a paved path. The program 
 location is about 1/4 mile from the entrance along mostly level paved path
 s near the Outdoor Café.\n\nRestrooms\nAccessible\, single-occupancy rest
 room stalls are located in the Outdoor Lobby\, near the entrance. Portable
  restrooms are located close to the program location off a level gravel pa
 th at the Outdoor Café.\n\nASL interpretation\, and Assistive Listening D
 evices with T-coil capabilities are available upon request at least two w
