 ows\n 	Suggested age range: all ages\n\nNewburgh Creates’ mission is to
  unleash the creative potential of emerging artists and inventors through 
 project-oriented programs\, workshops\, and community events in collabora
 tion with peers and working artists. They are a diverse team of design pro
 fessionals and artists that bring art\, graphic design\, teaching\, engine
 ering\, and architecture to bear on the task of teaching design thinking t
 hrough making to youth and adults.\n\nACCESSIBILITY\nRestrooms\nThe closes
 t restrooms can be accessed via an accessible gravel path near the Outdoor
  Cafe.\n\nTerrain\nThe program location is on mostly level\, mown grass in
  the Meadows.\n\nShade and Seating\nThese programs are often under or near
  a tent. Participants may work at tables or move into the grassy field. Ne
 arby trees and picnic tables provide a shady place to spread out. Folding
