Did you know? Storm King wouldn’t be what it is today without the indelible impact of the New York State Thruway.
Join us on Sunday, August 21 at 2PM for a walking tour with Archivist Christine Persche to learn about the influence of the Thruway on Storm King’s landscape and sculpture. Discover little known facts about the complex and fascinating relationship Storm King’s founders and artists had with this major thoroughfare as it hums in the background. Open to all Members.

This invitation is non-transferrable. Event tickets are limited to one per Membership and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to visit Storm King during the Member Morning hour and are not attending the event, a ticket reservation is not required.
