  the table below.\n\nKnown for his mastery of the wood-fired hearth\, Chef
  Rafiq Salim will bring his art-de-cuisine to the field kitchen among the 
 sculptures. After training with some of the industry’s most celebrated c
 hefs\, Rafiq earned national recognition in 2023\, when he was named a Sta
 rChefs New York Rising Star. This year\, he’s been named a semifinalist 
 for the James Beard Award for Best Chef: New York State\, further cementin
 g his reputation as one of the region’s most exciting culinary talents.\
