Barbara Boyer is a practitioner of holistic health and owner of Asanti Wellness, whose mission is to support physical vitality and emotional well-being throughout all stages of life. As a certified instructor and continuing education provider with the National Yoga Alliance, Barbara facilitates yoga and wellness programs with various populations such as higher education institutions, cultural centers, corporate wellness, and private clients. For over 25 years, Barbara has been a dedicated practitioner of Transcendental Meditation and she is passionate about sharing the techniques and many benefits a meditation practice can offer. She is an adjunct professor of an accredited yoga and wellness course at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY and she also teaches at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Barbara is inspired to create enriching programs for a wellness journey that is empowering and sustainable.
