Arlene Kobylinski is the owner and operator of Sol Full Yoga in Monroe, NY. She has been practicing for over 30 years and teaching for the past 15. She has traveled to India on pilgrimage with Raghunath Cappo, completed advanced study with Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life, and completed the Anusara bridge program through Shree Yoga. She has also completed teacher training with Elena Brower at Virayoga. Arlene leads yoga teacher trainings and hosts annual retreats in Sedona, AZ and Costa Rica, where she incorporates her love of yoga and hiking. She is a certified Paddlefit instructor and teaches SUP yoga in Monroe on Walton Lake. Arlene is humbled and honored to share what she has learned though her vast studies. Her approach to teaching is rooted in authenticity. Her gift is her capacity to work with any level of practitioner with specific, educated, alignment cues. Arlene’s goal is for the student to feel comfortable and safe with the body they are in, whether they are rocking a handstand or child’s pose.
