A Summer Night


A Summer Night is a new celebration at Storm King Art Center, bringing together music, art, and nature under the summer sky and rising full moon. Guests are invited to explore Storm King’s grounds after-hours, enjoy local wine and beer, picnics, and hear acclaimed jazz pianist Jason Moran, who will perform in response to Rashid Johnson’s The Crisis.

GENERAL TICKETS

GENERAL ADMISSION with ON-SITE PARKING
This ticket includes on-site parking for one vehicle, after-hours access to Storm King, the performance, cash bar, and light concessions for purchase. Ticketing is per vehicle and priced at $35 per person, please reserve your ticket based on the number of people in your vehicle.

GENERAL ADMISSION + SHUTTLE from BEACON 
This ticket package includes shuttle transportation from the Beacon Metro-North station, after-hours access to Storm King, the performance, cash bar, and light concessions for purchase. Metro-North train tickets must be purchased separately.

A SUMMER NIGHT PICNIC TOTE

This ticket includes on-site parking for one vehicle, after-hours access to Storm King, the performance, plus a local Hudson Valley picnic appetizer box, and either a half-bottle of Wölffer Estate rosé or two Industrial Arts Brewing beers, all packaged in A Summer Night tote. Ticketing is per vehicle and priced at $75 per person, please reserve your ticket based on the number of people in your vehicle.

A SUMMER NIGHT PICNIC DINNERS

$2,000 for four guests; $5,000 for eight guests; $10,000 for twelve guests

Each member of your group will receive a delicious meal by Fresh Company packaged in A Summer Night tote, complete with Wölffer Estate rosé, Industrial Arts beer, Hudson Whiskey cocktails, and an Aesop gift, to be enjoyed at your reserved picnic area near one of our iconic works of art in the South Fields.

You will also be able to arrive at 4:30PM to join a guided tour of Storm King’s Collection highlights and our 2021 exhibitions by Rashid Johnson, Sarah Sze, and Martha Tuttle. Your support will be recognized on the Storm King website, and in all A Summer Night materials.

GLAMPING AT STORM KING

$15,000 for one night and four total guests. Valid for one overnight on a Monday from August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022. Date to be mutually agreed upon, and blackout dates apply.

Have you ever fantasized about spending the night under the stars at Storm King? Don’t miss this once-in-a lifetime opportunity to have your very own private “glamping” experience on our site! This is the first time Storm King is publicly offering the exclusive opportunity to experience Storm King’s collection and landscape as the light dramatically changes throughout the evening, and night.

Arrive on a Monday afternoon and settle into your comfortable accommodations provided by Terra Glamping. Enjoy a catered dinner for four—complete with beverage pairings. Tuesday morning, wake up to baked goods and coffee, followed by a full exploration of Storm King—while it is closed to the public—with museum leadership, complete with a picnic luncheon on the grounds.

With the recent lifting of NY State mandates, fully vaccinated visitors do not need to wear a mask at Storm King. Masks are required for unvaccinated visitors when interacting with Storm King staff, inside the Museum Building and restrooms, and whenever a 6-foot distance cannot be maintained.
