A group of visitors attend a tour. They are looking up a hill at a stainless steel structure arranged in a ring, with over 100 different pieces scattered like an archipelago, each covered with a mirror-reflective surface such that the sky above is visible in each one. Lush grasses rise in the cracks and gaps to give the effect of a ruin, a mysterious object fallen to the earth, constantly reflecting the light and motion of the atmosphere.

Join Learning & Engagement Coordinator Elizabeth Messer for a tour of the 2026 special exhibitions.

ACCESSIBILITY
Terrain and Getting Around
Museum Hill can be accessed via paved paths as well as the elevator near Tram Stop 1. The tour will take place across varied terrain including hills, paved paths, gravel paths, and mown lawn. Expect to cover 0.5-1 mile on the tour.

Restrooms
The indoor restrooms on Museum Hill are equipped with somewhat accessible stalls. These stalls include grab bars but are too narrow to accommodate the full turning radius of most wheelchairs.

ASL interpretation for guided tours is available upon request two weeks in advance. Every effort will be made to honor requests made with less notice.

If you have questions or need other accommodations, please email info@stormkingartcenter.org.
