ACCESSIBILITY

Terrain and Getting Around
The Gala is held at several heated and tented locations throughout our South Fields. Over the course of the evening, expect to travel a total of ½ mile. It is a mix of paved, accessible paths and mowed grass.
Wheelchair accessible trams, courtesy golf carts and wheelchair accessible vans will be available throughout the event to provide transportation for visitors as needed.

Accessible paved pathways lead from accessible South Parking to the entrance to the Reception location. 200 feet of mown grass leads from the paved path to the Reception location, and a 400 feet path of mown grass leads to the Dinner Tent.

Restrooms
An Accessible Toilet Trailer will be available along a paved, accessible path between the Welcome Tent and Reception location. Additionally, there are accessible portable restroom stalls near the South Picnic area. There is about 120 ft of level, mown grass between the paved pathway and the restroom enclosures.

There will also be an accessible portable restroom stall near the Gala Dinner Tent. There is about 90 ft of level, mowed grass from the tent to the stall.

Closed Captioning and Interpretation
Captions will be provided during the Gala Honoree Film screening. ASL interpretation and visual description are available with two weeks advanced request. All efforts will be made to meet requests made with less notice.
