Heat Advisory: JULY 1–4
Visitor Updates:
- Bike rentals have been suspended.
- Daily Walking Tours, and the July 3 Exhibition Tour have been cancelled. WHOOP DEE DOO performances have been postponed.
- Fri-Sat: Outdoor Cafe hot food service may be limited. Grab and go and cold drinks are available.
- Fri-Sat: Storm King is open until 8PM. Consider visiting in the evening to avoid the hottest parts of the day.
Stay Healthy:
- Wear loose fitting and light-colored clothing.
- Wear hats and sunglasses.
- Drink water frequently, even if you are not feeling thirsty.
- Wear sunblock.
- Seek shade and avoid direct sunlight, especially during midday.
- At the first sign of dizziness, nausea, headaches, or cramps, move to a cool location and rest.
- To arrange a Courtesy Cart, locate a member of Visitor Experience or call the mainline at 845.534.3115.
