Member Event—Art/Work: Hannah des Cognets, Director of Learning & Engagement

We are delighted to welcome Hannah des Cognets, Storm King’s Director of Learning & Engagement to our next Art/Work event. Hannah leads a team that creates unique and immersive experiences in art and nature including public programs, family programs, school visits, teacher workshops, and artist residencies. Join us for a conversation about Storm King’s approach to education and how art can create pathways for discovery, dialogue, and lifelong learning.
- Free for Members, registration is required, and opens August 13. Guests limited by Member level.
- The event will take place in the South Pavilion, about a 15-minute walk from the entrance.

Art/Work:
This program series gives Members the opportunity to learn more about who and what makes Storm King run. Go behind the scenes with curated conversations with the experts working at Storm King! Each date will highlight a different facet of the museum as staff members talk about what they do and how their work helps make Storm King a singular place to visit.
ACCESSIBILITY
This event will take place in Storm King’s South Pavilion, a 10–15-minute walk from the site entrance. The conversation will be amplified as needed. If you require assistance to the South Pavilion, please let us know your access needs at membership@stormkingartcenter.org.
Restrooms
There are several portable toilets located near the South Pavilion. Accessible, single-occupancy restroom stalls are located in the Outdoor Lobby, near the entrance.
ASL interpretation, and Assistive Listening Devices for guided tours are available upon request at least 7 business days in advance. Every effort will be made to honor requests made with less notice.
