Member Guided Tour

Due to the extremely low temperatures forecast for Saturday, January 24, the tour has been postponed to Saturday, January 31.
Storm King Members are invited to join a special look at the Art Center in hibernation. This guided tour will be led by Storm King staff who will discuss the history of the site and what the changing seasons mean for the art and nature of Storm King. This is a fully outdoor event; hot drinks will be provided after the tour.

- Tour location: Meet at the Outdoor Lobby. Only areas included on the guided tour will be accessible during this event.
- Tour is approximately 60 minutes.
Please note:
- The indoor galleries will be closed for this event.
- Amenities such as tram service, the Outdoor Cafe, and Bike Rentals will not be not available.
ACCESSIBILITY
Terrain and Getting Around
The tour will take place across varied terrain including hills, wooded areas, paved paths, gravel paths, and mown lawn. Expect to cover 1.5 to 2 miles on the tour. If there is snow or ice, please stay on the cleared paths and use caution when moving around the site. For your safety, only areas included on the guided tour will be accessible during this event.
Restrooms
Accessible restroom stalls are located near the visitor entrance and on Museum Hill.
ASL interpretation for guided tours is available upon request two weeks in advance. Every effort will be made to honor requests made with less notice.
