Join us for the first Children & Families program of the season! Celebrate Mother’s Day by making your own card with Newburgh Creates on custom printing presses.

  • Program location: Meet in the Meadows
  • Suggested age range: all ages

Newburgh Creates mission is to unleash the creative potential of emerging artists and inventors through project-oriented programs, workshops, and community events in collaboration with peers and working artists. They are a diverse team of design professionals and artists that bring art, graphic design, teaching, engineering, and architecture to bear on the task of teaching design thinking through making to youth and adults.

ACCESSIBILITY

Restrooms
The closest restrooms can be accessed via an accessible gravel path near the Outdoor Cafe.

Terrain
The program location is on mostly level, mown grass in the Meadows.

Shade and Seating
These programs are often under or near a tent. Participants may work at tables or move into the grassy field. Nearby trees and picnic tables provide a shady place to spread out. Folding stools are available.
